Black 180g vinyl, limited to 500 units. Gatefold cover. Adna finds her inner darkness and go back to her roots on her third full length album Adna has released two full length albums of her dark folk and dreamy pop music reaching almost 30 million Spotify streams in the last two years.
The melancholic, lo-fi, singer-songwriter has had her work compared to the likes of Bon Iver and Daughter.
After the release of her last album 'Run, Lucifer' Adna toured all over Europe and has had a lot of inspiration and time to reflect on her live performance, sharing stages with the likes of Blaudzun, Dotan and playing her own headline club shows.
Still living in Berlin she has spent a good part pf 2016 writing and recording her third full length album 'Closure' planned for release in March 2017 which will be followed by a new tour.
On this new album we hear Adna dig deeper into her own past and her own darkness than ever before.
"The word "closure" came to me as I was improvising with the last song trough the making of the record, the title track, and I remember feeling great relief and hopefulness - it felt like a closure.
Something that started with sorrow and unwarranted melancholy finally gave me comfort. We all have our different ways of dealing with our dark place, and I just had the urge to make this record in order to see light and beauty in mine, honor my Bosnian roots and to hopefully and finally find a home within all of this." // Adna
